Resolution 94-1: Insurance Deductible

Effective: July 28, 1994

Resolution 94-1 states that whenever there is damage caused by a unit owner, that unit owner is responsible for or directly benefiting from the payment of the insurance deductible or the expense of the repair if it is less than the amount of the deductible.

Furnaces and Air Conditioners

Furnaces and air conditioners are the property of the unit owners, not the Association. All unit owners must have the furnace located within their unit inspected every two years by a company licensed and insured in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and cleaned and/or repaired as indicated by the inspection.
